By using this website or booking a session with Jorvantis, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or our services.

Our sessions provide guidance on lawful, methodical investigative technique. You agree to use what you learn responsibly and in accordance with applicable Kenyan law, including data protection and defamation law. You may not use the site to submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

All content on this site, including text, session materials and design elements, is the property of Jorvantis unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

When booking or attending a session, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to use any documents or examples you bring in a manner consistent with applicable law and any confidentiality obligations you owe to third parties.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Jorvantis provides training and documentation guidance only; we do not conduct investigations on a client's behalf and make no guarantee about the outcome of any inquiry you undertake using our methods. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Jorvantis shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our sessions.

6. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, in accordance with the Judicature Act and the Civil Procedure Act.
